A friend just passed on the news that developers will be able to program with
native code in android applications. This means that if it's necessary to use native languages like c or c++ then it will be possible to do so.
That's quite a coup for openness and freedom on the Android platform me thinks. I'm not a c programmer but I can see how it will help those applications written by people with these skills.
